The Group is affiliated to NEP Partners who are based in London, Sweden and Slovakia, and have invested with them on a residential development projects. This development is in Senec, 25 minutes outside from the capital city of Bratislava. The site consists of over 200 new homes and a neighbourhood shopping centre. We have so far built the roads, lake and bridge which form a feature of the development, along with 33 apartments and 10 houses the majority of which are now sold. Works are now underway on a further block of 11 apartments and a further batch of houses which will be completed in late 2011. The overall project is due to be completed by 2014.We aim to grow our joint ventures with NEP over the years ahead in chosen countries around Europe. visit our international affiliated partners
