Hazelton Commercial concentrates on mixed use development. The first project now completed in Market Harborough consisted of a 60 bedroom hotel for Travelodge, 6300 sq.ft of offices, 7500 sq.,ft of A3 space and 4000 sq.ft of retail, and also won the prestigious Procon Regeneration Project of the Year for 2011. The building has been retained as an investment.We are searching for new sites to accommodate mixed use or retail development or active management.
