Hazelton Homes is involved in the construction of traditional, quality housing, ranging from two bedroom through to six bedroom accommodation. Having commenced new build construction in 1993, Hazelton Homes is currently building 100 units per year in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland.Location is always fundamental to the choice of any new development project, with each house individually designed to take into account ever changing and demanding customer choices.
Hazelton Homes employ their own site managers and fork lift drivers and then employ sub contract labour to complete the various stages of construction.

Urban Rhythm specialises in brownfield regeneration sites for commercial and residential development. Founded in 2002 the company has built over 250 units and 40,000 sq.ft of commercial space.
In 2005 Urban Rhythm won Urban Regeneration Project of the year award at the Pro Con awards for their River Buildings development. This consisted of a 99 unit scheme following the refurbishment of a number of abandoned old mill buildings in the run down West End of Leicester, an undertaking which has proved to be a catalyst for further developments.
