The hotel consists of 46 bedrooms and a new state-of-the-art spa which opened in May 2008.  In addition to its Michelin recommendation of two AA Rosettes, In 2009 Rushton Hall was voted Most Excellent Hotel Meeting Venue by Conde Nast Johansen. In December of the same year, the hotel was awarded Best Building Restoration in England by the CPRE.
